Privacy
Overtime Tracker is a small, free tool run privately by Roland Willis for drivers who need to keep their own record of hours worked.
What is stored
If you sign in with Google or Microsoft: your name and email address as given by that service. We never see your Google or Microsoft password.
If you use a username and password: your username, and your password in scrambled (hashed) form, so it cannot be read back.
For everyone: the hours, breaks and notes you enter, and your pay settings (hourly rate, standard week, overtime rules).
How it is used
Only to show you your own hours and pay calculations. Your data is not shared, sold, used for advertising or analysed. There are no trackers.
It is kept on a private server in the UK. Nobody else using the app can see your entries.
The app sets one cookie, to keep you signed in. It also keeps a copy of your entries on your own phone so it works offline.
Deleting your data
Open Settings, then Delete my account and data. Everything stored about you is removed from the server straight away.
